Let Me Introduce Myself!
I am an author, speaker, entrepreneur, wife and mom. My mission is to empower people to embrace their true identity, maximize their God-given potential, and have the kind of impact that they are capable of having in the world. I love challenging you to smash through your limitations and experience a life of possibility and dream-fulfillment. This is my life today, but it’s not where I started.
I was blessed to have been raised, alongside my two brothers and two sisters, to know and love Jesus from a child. Although I met Jesus at a young age, I wandered for many years and felt lost as a teenager and on into college. I struggled with a lot of things – comparison, identity, low self-worth, lust, and limiting beliefs and often wrestled with questions like, Does God really care about me, and how do I live a life of significance? I’m inspired by women – the beautiful and the messy, the everyday and the holy. God created us as masterpieces to express His love to our families, communities and to the world. I think you are amazing and that there is so much inside you just waiting to come out.

I live in Dallas, Texas but I’m a Midwesterner at heart. I love sibling weekends, traveling the globe, hibachi and movies—in any order. My daily life is a mix of work hard, play hard juggling a full time job, a rapidly growing business, ministry pursuits, and the joys and challenges of parenting. Most days I just want more sleep, but I’ll settle for a cup of coffee. I’m incredibly renewed, inspired and charged up when I hear that a book, blog, course, or message of mine helped you, so drop me a line. I love hearing from you, and I believe in you!
I met Llewellyn (Lou), the love of my life, while in college but we didn’t reconnect and marry until years later thanks to social media. (I slid into his DM’s ya’ll.) A former youth pastor of 20+ years, gifted motivational speaker, and personal transformation coach, Lou is the marathon to my sprint, the steady to my topsy-turvy, and we are #bettertogether. We spend our days chasing our five-year-old, Aiden. He is our chief joy and loves turning our couch cushions into his own personal climbing gym (and we have no one to blame but ourselves for watching American Ninja Warrior with him since the time he was a baby). We are a family who loves Jesus and love people. Our lives are full and most days we don’t know which end is up, but we sure have a ton fun doing it!
